You’ll be at the frontline of health and safety, conducting risk assessments, ensuring buildings meet legal standards, and creating training. You’ll guide staff, support managers with compliance, and help reduce risk across the force. Whether it’s COSHH assessments, DSE checks, or stress surveys, you’ll be hands-on and involved.
You'll also help create a healthy workplace by monitoring working conditions, delivering inductions, and supporting staff training. You’ll work with managers on stress risk assessments and keep health and safety docs and systems up to date. Plus, you’ll prepare reports to help drive key decisions.
