Working with the business to provide support and advice on the full range of People Service operational areas, including business change, performance, attendance and absence management.

HR also collaborates with East Midlands Police Legal Services to provide annual training on key employment law updates. Being part of the People Directorate, HR enjoys plenty of opportunities to connect with other areas of the people space.
Additionally, our Training and Learning Academy (TLA) provides great learning resources, and we also offer a leadership programme for both police staff and officers at five levels.
